Our Story

Built on the belief that good food should feel like coming home.

Guanaqueando started with a simple conviction: the best breads and groceries come from people who care about what they put on the shelf. Located in the heart of Sacramento, we are a family-run bakery and grocer that takes its time — because real flavor cannot be rushed.

Every morning, our ovens fire up before the neighborhood wakes. Loaves are scored, twisted, and turned by hand. Our pantry shelves are stocked with items we would proudly serve our own families. That standard hasn't changed since day one.
